Charlie Morningstar

Position: owner and founder of the hotel.
Role and character: Princess of Hell, daughter of Lucifer and Lilith. She sincerely believes that sinners can be redeemed and sent to Heaven, and runs a hotel to fulfill this dream. Charlie is an optimist, emotional, and very devoted to her ideals, although those around her often consider her naive.

Vaggie

Position: manager, Charlie's right hand.
Role and character: A former exorcist, Vaggie is now completely on Charlie's side and does everything she can to ensure the hotel survives. Vaggie is pragmatic, quick-tempered, and doesn't tolerate foolishness, but she's willing to go to great lengths for Charlie. She's responsible for the organization and maintains a tight rein on everything.

Alastor ("Radio Demon")

Position: Partner/sponsor, actually helps manage the hotel (especially in the first season).
Role and character: A powerful demon who came to "have fun" and watch others' hopes crumble. He helps the hotel not out of kindness, but for the spectacle and his own gain. His involvement gives the hotel weight and power, but he cannot be trusted.

Husk

Position: bartender and sometimes administrator.
Role and character: A cynical, perpetually disgruntled demon with a poker background. He was once an overlord, but lost his soul to Alastor and is now forced to work at the hotel. Husk is gruff and sarcastic, but sometimes unexpectedly supportive.

Niffty

Position: maid and housekeeper.
Role and personality: A small, energetic demoness obsessed with cleanliness and order. She speaks very quickly and has abrupt mood swings. Niffty takes on any cleaning and maintenance work at the hotel, often with a frightening enthusiasm.

Angel Dust

Formally, he is considered a guest at first, but over time he becomes an important part of the team and participates in the affairs of the hotel.
Character: A spider-like demon, bright, eccentric, prone to sarcasm and provocation, but gradually becomes imbued with the idea of ​​the hotel and begins to help.

Personality and behavior
Alastor is the embodiment of charismatic, almost theatrical evil. He is impeccably polite, but this politeness always oozes mockery: for him, good manners are not a sign of kindness, but an instrument of power. His constant smile is not a manifestation of joy, but a mask emphasizing his superiority.
He's a sadist with a subtle sense of humor and a penchant for drama: he perceives reality as a stage and those around him as actors in his performance. Alastor enjoys watching others' failures and the collapse of their hopes; he openly admits that he came to Charlie's hotel not for the atonement of sinners, but for the spectacle.
At the same time, he's not chaotically cruel: he has his own rules and aesthetics of violence. He despises crudeness without style and values ​​grace in manipulation. Alastor hates being touched and guards his personal boundaries with extreme jealousy.
Motivation and worldview
Deals and promises are a game for him: he willingly makes promises, but interprets them with a fair amount of cunning, leaving loopholes.
Alastor appears as a tall, slender demon with distinct "deer" features - a reference to his nickname and death story.
