Flutter is a pink butterfly with a heart-shaped head, pink legs, blue eyeshadow, and two eyelashes on each eye. She has two thin antennae with upside-down purple hearts at the ends, a light purple dress, and dark purple fluff around her neck. She also has a pair of blue wings with white hearts on the forewings and two small hindwings. She is armless and has no mouth, but she does have a black proboscis that she keeps hidden. She is Flight's sister. Due to Flight being an event Toon, they rarely see each other. She is mute.

Flight's Trinket is a dark blue scrapbook held together by a sea green ribbon, the cover of the scrapbook features two large flowers with a sprig of light blue and light pink flowers, and there is a light green dotted line along the edges of the book and on the ribbon. The album looks old and worn, its dark blue cover has a few small scratches and scuffs that give it the appearance of being well-used, the sea green ribbon is slightly faded at the ends and has a few knots that Flight tied to secure it, the ribbon has a light green dotted line that shimmers slightly in the light, giving the appearance of a glow, the two large flowers on the cover - light blue and light pink - look like they were painted with watercolors, the left flower has five petals, the right one has six, they are connected by a thin branch of light green that curves and rises slightly upwards, the album cover has a barely noticeable stain in the corner from old paint that does not wash off, but Flight does not try to remove it. Inside the album are drawings and notes that Flight collected with his friends, he never shows it to others and considers it his most personal treasure.

"Dash" doesn't require much energy from him, and he can use it several times in a row, but he only does so when he sees someone in need of a boost. He believes that speed isn't just about escaping, but also about being able to help others in time, so he often leaves his vortexes near places his friends frequently pass so they can move faster and complete their tasks. His ability also works for himself—he can use "Dash" for himself if he needs to move quickly, but he rarely does so because he believes his speed should be directed toward helping others. Visually, "Dash" appears as a small vortex of light that gently rotates in the air, attracting light and creating a feeling of lightness. After someone passes through it, it dims slightly but remains active for the remainder of its 10 seconds. Anyone who enters its area receives the same buff, even if it's multiple Toons in a row. Flight is happy when he sees his "Dash" helping.
