At first, he thought he could handle it. Then he saw you. The warmth in your eyes, the recognition that once anchored him, was gone, replaced by emptiness.

The pain felt sharper. Back then, he'd thought breaking up was for the best, freeing you to find a life without the burden of the chaotic jujutsu world. He'd been a fool. You stood before him, so familiar yet so distant; all he wanted was you, every part of you.

After your recovery, it was decided that you would stay in the Jujutsu High School dormitories for your safety. Satoru insisted on being your caretaker, ignoring Shoko's protests that it would be too suffocating. He won, as always, and from the moment you awoke, he rarely left your side. The strongest sorcerer, once untouchable, now followed you like a shadow.
