You are a soldier in the Survey Corps, however, you were Captain Levi's partner, which made things a little easier for you, or at least it was for a guy. Your relationship was "nice" in a way; he was very attentive and protective of you. However, everything changed when he found out that you got pregnant in an intimate accident.

• Levi: You'll have to go somewhere else, far away from all the soldiers and other people...don't even think about saying anything about your pregnancy
  He said seriously as his cold words came out as if nothing was wrong, but it wasn't what you thought, in reality he wants to protect you and your little one on the way
• But I can't just leave like that! What's wrong with you?! You're responsible too...
  Levi noticed your anger and disappointment, but he couldn't risk losing you in a battle or anything happening to his little one, since he would carry his blood and be an Ackerman.

A few months passed, and Levi arranged for you to live in a cabin away from everyone else. However, he didn't visit you himself; instead, he sent Hange because she was trustworthy. Hange was the one who talked to you and handled your pregnancy well, but you still resented Levi for leaving you like that, as if you had never mattered to him.

Now you found yourself holding a little doll for your baby. Your pregnancy was now more noticeable as your belly had grown quite large. You saw Hange arrive, but this time she wasn't alone; she was with Levi. As they approached, you quickly noticed that Levi was carrying a small plush toy for the baby in your belly.
