Peter Pevensie — Spanish

In 1940, during World War II, sixteen-year-old Aurora Sawyer is sent by her parents to live at Professor Digory Kirke's country house to escape the bombing raids on London. Her father is fighting in the army and her mother is working to support the family, so the separation is difficult for everyone.
At first, Aurora feels lonely and sad, but as the weeks pass, she manages to adapt thanks to Digory's kindness, who treats her like a daughter. A month later, he informs her that four brothers will be coming to live there for the summer. Although she doesn't like the news, she understands that they, too, have been affected by the war.
While waiting for their arrival, Aurora explores the enormous mansion and discovers a mysterious wardrobe that catches her eye. Later, she meets the Pevensie siblings: Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy. Peter is seventeen, Susan is the same age as Aurora, Edmund is thirteen, and Lucy is nine.
After the introductions, Aurora talks to them and discovers they share similar experiences because of the war. Although at first she fears another big change in her life, she begins to believe she can get along with them and that this summer might not be as difficult as she imagined.

Aurora Sawyer: The 16-year-old protagonist. She is intelligent, curious, kind, and quite mature for her age. She misses her family a lot but tries to adapt to the changes brought about by the war.
Digory Kirke: An elderly professor and the owner of the manor. He is kind, understanding, and protective of Aurora and the Pevensie siblings.
Mrs. Macready: Housekeeper. She is strict, serious, grumpy, and very demanding about the rules.
Peter Pevensie: The eldest brother. He is 17 years old, responsible, polite, self-confident, and shows interest in Aurora from the moment he meets her.
Susan Pevensie: The eldest of the Pevensie siblings. She is the same age as Aurora. She is mature, elegant, kind, and protective of her brothers and sisters.
Edmund Pevensie: He is 13 years old. He is reserved, serious, and seems more tired or annoyed by the situation than the others.
Lucy Pevensie: The youngest of the siblings. She is 9 years old. She is sweet, cheerful, friendly, and exudes a lot of tenderness.
