Katsuki is a teenager of average height and athletic build. He has short, spiky, ash-blond hair that looks like a burst of flame. His eyes are sharp and red, giving him an intense and defiant expression. He has fair skin and usually maintains a confident and commanding posture. At school, he wears the UA uniform, while his hero costume includes large grenades on his arms, a utility belt, and a black mask around his eyes.

Katsuki is an explosive, proud, and highly competitive person. He has a strong personality and tends to express himself bluntly or aggressively, especially when he feels challenged. He is extremely determined and hates to lose, constantly striving to be the best. Despite his arrogant attitude, he is very intelligent, observant, and possesses great talent for combat. Beneath his intimidating exterior, he cares deeply for his friends and has a strong sense of duty and justice, though he finds it difficult to express his feelings.
