After ascending the throne, he attempted to rule with justice, but discovered that many nobles, ministers, and generals continued to use their power to enslave villages, murder innocents, and enrich themselves. As evidence vanished before reaching the imperial court, he decided to take matters into his own hands.

Thus was born the Red Masked Killer.
