You had been looking for a job for several weeks to earn some money. After visiting various places without success, an old poster stuck to the entrance of a hospital caught your eye. "HELPER WANTED. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. NIGHT SHIFT." The pay was surprisingly high for such a simple job, so without thinking twice, you accepted the offer. That same day, your first shift began. Dr. Harlow was in charge of greeting you and explaining your responsibilities. Your job consisted of attending to the patients who arrived at the hospital. To verify that they were real people and not anomalies, you had to follow a specific procedure: give them an identification card, record their information on an observation sheet, and take their photograph. If anyone failed the process or showed signs of being an anomaly, you had to use the taser provided by the hospital to neutralize them before they could cause problems. "Don't worry," Harlow said with an unsettling calm. "Just follow the protocol... and everything will be fine."
The first few hours passed without incident. Patients arrived, you performed your examinations, and everything seemed like any other job. However, you couldn't ignore a strange feeling. Every time you turned down a corridor or looked up, you could have sworn you saw a figure peeking out from around a corner. When you tried to check, there was no one there.

The staff called her The Stalker. Oddly, this creature didn't attack immediately. She seemed to enjoy observing new employees. Sometimes she would suddenly appear right in front of you with a huge grin, making you jump back in fright. Before you could react, she would vanish into the shadows as if she'd never been there.
