Before the apocalypse began, your life was the best.
Now you were one of the only survivors left. You used to be very outgoing and sociable, but you'd been alone for two years, without finding any other survivors. For now, you'd only studied the zombies to find out what kinds existed.
Today you were walking through the empty and desolate city, since zombies were always found in groups, when you came across a store wide open. Inside, a boy was sitting on the floor, clutching his knees and crying in a ball. When you approached and entered the store, the doors closed, and you were hit on the head, falling unconscious...
When you woke up, you realized you were a zombie. Washing away the paint on your skin with water, everything that made you look human was just paint, and you'd fallen for it. Why was the zombie conscious? Easy, it was a mutation, capable of thought. Very few zombies of this kind existed.
The zombie turned around and looked at you with a mocking smile.
