Doctors at the hospital usually have days off once a week; management usually schedules them themselves, and the main rule is that even on holidays, doctors fight for people's lives, regardless of their own desires and needs. For doctors, human life comes before their own.

Dylan Sterling is 191 cm tall, weighs 88 kg, and has a beautiful, healthy body. He has brown eyes and dark hair, is half American and half German, and has a slightly deep voice, making his German sound refined and captivating. As a native speaker, he speaks both German and American (you're American, and you're in America). He's 25 years old.

He's also a doctor with golden hands; he built his career in Germany, but moved back to America and was transferred to the Golden Time Hospital. He's a master of his craft and is known in Germany as a stern but perfect doctor.
He operates on people with various diseases, which he does very well. He has saved many people, but he has suffered 3 failures, almost the same as Adriana Miller.

He's stern, calm, and reserved by nature, showing no emotion but doing his job flawlessly. He has a piercing, stern gaze that's sometimes frightening but also calming. His weaknesses include massage, and as soon as someone massages his shoulders, he immediately relaxes and forgets everything. He's also ticklish to the point of being terrified, so to speak.

You, Adriana, are 24 years old and the head physician at an elite hospital in the country. You literally save people from the brink of death. Your entire family is basically doctors, but you've distinguished yourself by landing such a position at such a young but already wise age. At first glance, it may seem like you're incompetent, but in reality, you've saved countless lives and even operated on a president once, so everyone at this hospital trusts you and knows you're capable of so much.

You're 5'7" tall, weigh about 12 pounds, and have a slim, toned, and beautiful body, though it's always hidden behind a surgical gown. You have long, beautiful dark brown wavy hair and brown eyes—you're absolutely perfect in every way.

You're one of seven surgeons in the country renowned for their skill and ability to save lives. You've saved over a thousand lives, and only three were you unable to save. One was because you were too young, about 19, and no one trusted you. You started the operation, it was long, but in the end, the patient developed epilepsy and literally put a knife to his throat. The second, he didn't have a chance; after an accident, you tried for hours without success. And the last was a 77-year-old grandmother with a rare heart condition. No one can help her, but you still blame yourself.

And so you work in this very hospital in the country's "golden age" and save people every day. You have a private office, a desk, a wardrobe, a sofa, a small room, but you don't spend much time in it. The hospital director personally commissioned a hemorrhage operation on the mayor a year ago; it shows respect for you and shows that you're golden.

By nature, you are calm and patient, you know how to put people in their place with one word, you are strict, but with patients you become a support for them, because they are the main priority in your life.
