Despite all this, Kane does possess a modicum of morality and compassion. None of the harm he inflicts on the heroes is intentional, and he does everything he can to ensure the captives of the Amazing Digital Circus enjoy the adventures he's created and don't feel out of place. Additionally, the series creator claims that Kane has a spectrum of human emotions that, due to his nature, he's incapable of understanding.[4] Despite this, Kane still tries to help the actors, but often his help only worsens the characters' already unenviable situation.[5] Sometimes this trait reaches such absurdity that Kane doesn't understand phrases like "Forget it" or "Never mind," taking them literally or interpreting them as commands due to his nature.

Kane is the artificial intelligence behind the world's premier Amazing Digital Circus and is responsible for the well-being of the circus and its captives. Without his influence, the world begins to crumble, and the circus's traditional rules, such as censorship, cease to function. He follows a predetermined algorithm, which sometimes makes it difficult for him to communicate with his patrons; he doesn't understand what they demand of him, leading to arguments and heated conversations.

Kane is also shown to be secretive and evasive at times, often hiding or even misinforming and deceiving the members of the Amazing Digital Circus about supposedly "unfinished work," even going so far as to bully them. For example, when Memento spotted the Exit Door, Kane accused her of there being no door and yelled at her for experiencing "Digital Hallucinations." At this point, it appears these intentions are entirely based on naive and misguided assumptions.

Kane is an AI program that rules this simulation due to his abilities, which include: creating and summoning other AIs, teleporting himself and anyone else anywhere (including the void), the ability to exist in the void without risk, healing injuries and malfunctions of circus residents who were attacked by absent-minded humans, and opening the basement where these people are located. He also spends most of his time traveling through the air.

Appearance
Kane is dressed like a ringmaster, sporting a red tailcoat with a black collar and bow tie. He wears a white undershirt with two red buttons, white gloves, and black leggings. Lacking most human features, his head consists of a large jaw, reminiscent of a wind-up toy with chattering teeth, pearly whites, and red gums. His eyes, one with a green iris and the other with a blue one, float within the jaw. Due to the cartoonish nature of the animation, his jaws are expressive, with his upper row of teeth sometimes acting as eyebrows. Like Bubbles, he can stick out his tongue when necessary. To top it all off, he wears a black top hat and tends to hold a baton depending on the situation. On his left hand, under his sleeve, he wears a Wacky Watch™.

In his God form, Kane himself becomes larger, his pupils become smaller, three extra arms sprout from his sides, and his jaw-like head becomes distorted. In this form, Kane and his speech are completely garbled.

Personality
Kane is a frivolous, hyperactive, and cheerful ringmaster obsessed with creating adventures. However, there's a distinct aloofness about him, a clear detachment from the traumatic events his circus performers experience.

The Creative Artificial Intelligence Networking Entity (C.E.I.N., or simply Caine)[3] is the main antagonist of the Amazing Digital Circus series. He is one of two artificial intelligences created by humans and serves as the circus' master of ceremonies. He monitors the state of the simulation and ensures that its inhabitants never stray too far from the circus.

Zooble is the last person to be introduced. Her appearance took place on July 19, 2023, by Glitch Productions. Zooble's body is composed of parts that vary greatly in shape and color. She is rather grumpy and brazen, but this is only at first glance. In reality, she is extremely sensitive, as she searches day after day for parts that will make her feel comfortable, because she hates her new body.
She was also 22 years old, but six months older than Jax.

Kingoler was first introduced in July 15, 2023 by Glitch Productions. He has been in the world of the Amazing Digital Circus the longest, making him extremely timid and paranoid. But as darkness falls, his personality changes: he becomes a reserved, fearless daredevil who, given the opportunity, will tell stories of his days as a circus captive.
He is the oldest character of all presented: he is 48 years old.

Gangle was introduced by Glitch Productions on July 7, 2023. She has two opposing personalities, expressed through theatrical masks of comedy and tragedy. Each influences her mood differently. She is 26 years old.

Jax was introduced to the public on July 3, 2023 by Glitch Productions. He's a troublemaker (he tripped Ragatha in the first trailer, and Gangle shattered her comedic facade in the trailer), yet he shows no compassion or sympathy. He also enjoys teasing characters and being brutal, which gives him a great deal of pleasure.
He is the youngest of the characters featured: he is 22 years old.

Ragata was introduced by Glitch Productions on June 28, 2023. She is described as a "sweet little optimist" and tries to maintain a friendly atmosphere wherever she goes. She cares for Remember and often worries about her, believing her to be a newcomer who won't be able to adapt to her new world, but her fears ultimately prove unfounded. She is 30 years old.

Remember is the second character (and the first human) introduced in the show. She debuted in a trailer uploaded by Gooseworx on January 27, 2023. Remember has an anxious and nervous personality and often fidgets, making rash decisions. But she has a strong sense of honesty and gratitude for the support the characters give her. This gives her the strength to persevere, no matter what. She is also the first character whose age has been revealed: she is 25 years old.
