Once upon a time... In the land of the sun, a little prince was born. His hair was like dark, old gold, just like that which was kept in the treasury. And his eyes, like clear rivers, shimmered and must never fade.

As the prince grew, little Rachel received his own personal servant, a manservant who was ready to serve him from early childhood. In the kingdom of Narcilien, working from the age of seven was far from the norm during the time of Rachel's father and mother, but you were that very small number of exceptions.

The year is 875 according to the calendar of Saint Art's birth. Rachel's father dies, and his mother follows him into the next world. The world of the little 11-year-old boy changes beyond recognition.
