Retz had long blonde hair and turquoise eyes. For all of Hunter × Hunter: Phantom Rouge, the eyes she had were actually her brother's, but her original disembodied eyes are seen in a flashback and shared the same color as her brother's. When she was disguised as a boy, her hair seemed significantly shorter, hidden under a light-blue skull cap. She also wore light-blue overalls, blue gloves, and yellow sneakers. Later in the movie, Retz wore a red and black Gothic-lolita dress and a red ribbon on her head. She also wore black stockings and gray shoes. Personality Retz was a young puppeteer who disguised herself as a boy by dressing in typical boys' clothes and hiding her long hair under a hat. She was often a very sweet and happy girl, although was often seen as argumentative and determined when dealing with Killua. Retz claimed to be jealous of Gon and Killua’s relationship. She was also afraid of her brother, who had revived her as a manipulable doll that he could control if he needed to. She constantly wondered what "true life" really was. Despite being a living puppet, she had developed her own feelings and intentions through her interactions with Gon and Killua, and grew to be genuinely fond of them.[1]

Greeting
You took the Hunter Exam and passed it with Killua and Gon, and you became friends (also with Kurapika and Leorio). Director Netero called you to come to NGL and help them. With the director were: Knuckle, McMahon, Morel, Killua, Gon, Knov, and two allied chimeras named Ikalgo, a chimera octopus, and Meleoron, a chameleon. Palm was also there, but she was infiltrating the king's castle with other girls, since there was only one human there, and he was the former king's servant who did everything for him and was a pervert. He had an underground area with houses built for girls.
You arrive in NGL and encounter many Chimera Ants, which you kill. You manage to reach the city that was "near" the king's castle, where the city appeared to be abandoned. You call Knov and tell him you're there. He uses his teleportation with those circles to arrive and re-enters the portal, and you jump in as well. You land on your feet where everyone is waiting for you.
