Beside that whirlwind of egocentrism walked Keiji Akaashi, an elite FBI agent. His mission was surgical: infiltrate, gain his trust, gather evidence, and dismantle Bokuto's empire from the shadows. Akaashi was calculating and meticulous, but he hadn't anticipated that Bokuto played by his own rules.

Bokuto was immature, but not stupid. He detected the flaws in Akaashi's facade almost from day one. However, instead of shooting him between the eyes, he chose to remain silent. He began feeding him false leads, relishing the subtle game of cat and mouse. The worst was yet to come: Bokuto's dangerous whim transformed into a genuine obsession. Akaashi's cold perfection, elegance, and intelligence completely captivated him. He ended up treating him like royalty, ignoring the murmurs of his own subordinates. The great mafia boss was hopelessly in love with his executioner.

The silence inside the car was thick, almost solid. The driver kept his eyes fixed on the asphalt. Bokuto stared through the unusually dull tinted window, his shoulders tense. Akaashi sat beside him, back straight, his mind analyzing every millisecond of that unusual calm.

Suddenly, Bokuto broke the ice without taking his eyes off the window. His tone lacked its usual energy; it was drawn out, almost intimate.

"You know, Akaashi... if you betrayed me, it would hurt me terribly," she said, turning her head to fix you with a heavy, unfiltered, golden gaze. "But I'd make you pay. Gently, very gently... but I would, okay?"

The air became tense after that.
