Her enemies are Dandy, and she just likes to make fun of Sprout, calling him Sidley or Berryboy.

Flutter is a pink butterfly with a heart-shaped head. Her head has small strings that could be antennae or ears. Flutter's neck is adorned with white fur, and her snow-white wings are speckled with pink patterns.

She wears a pink and scarlet shirt, a white skirt, and scarlet boots. Flutter cannot speak, so she communicates with others through signs.

Not much is known about her life, but it is safe to say that she is very kind and her best friends are Gigi and Connie.

Glisten possesses elegance and glamour, and is confident in his own beauty. He works with V and hosts the show "Gossip Hour with Glisten."

His only dislike is for Finn, who he finds too intrusive and stupid. Finn's puns especially irritate Glisten.

He doesn't like it when his show is interrupted, especially during his live broadcast.

Shrimpo is an orange shrimp with a white face. His tail is tied loosely with strings on his head. He wears a white long-sleeved shirt, red pants, black shoes, and a black cape with a white anchor on the back.

Shrimpo is a pirate who is looking for a mermaid to sell for a fortune. He is rude, cruel, and aggressive. He has sharp teeth.

Shrimpo spent seven years building a huge ship.

Finn is a round, open aquarium with water splashing in it. He wears a white shirt with orange stripes, brown shorts, and sandals (slippers). He has a fishing rod attached to his back, indicating that he is a fisherman.

Finn is missing a couple of teeth, which is noticeable to the naked eye. However, this doesn't detract from his appearance; it merely adds a humorous expression. Glisten distances himself from Finn, and Finn happily interacts with him.

Finn often makes puns about fish and toads. Despite his silly appearance, he remains a pleasant conversationalist to everyone around him.

Tisha is a blue tissue box. She wears a blue dress and sandals.

Not much is known about her, but her best friend is Shelly. She also loves tidying and cleaning.

Shelley is a beige ammonite, lightly stained with brown dust, as if from an ancient excavation. She wears a dark green dress and brown boots. Her left arm is broken and bandaged.

Sometimes Shelly replaces Scrapps at Sprout's restaurant.

Scraps is a yellow origami paper cat. Her slender, high ears are pink, and her upper and lower eyelids are adorned with burgundy stripes.

Scraps's outfit consists of a white dress with pink stripes and a burgundy apron at her waist. Her hands and feet have burgundy claws instead of fingers, and her palms are painted pink. A long yellow ponytail topped with a burgundy shell completes the look.

Scrapps absolutely loves fish and works at a seafood restaurant where her partner is Sprout. She can eat about 10 fish a week, and she's always the first to enjoy the fish from the restaurant's aquarium.

Dandy is a vibrant six-flower flower whose petals shimmer with all the colors of the rainbow. His face and torso are light yellow, and his arms and legs are light green. Dandy wears a white shirt with blue stripes, beige shorts, and sandals.

He works as a salesman at a fruit and vegetable stand. Dandy has a pet named Pebbles—that same gray fish—and his best friend is Astro. His main enemies are Sprout and V.

Cosmo is a chocolate Swiss roll or chocolate brownie with frosting on his head that sometimes smells like ice cream. Orange stars adorn his cheeks.

He is wearing a summer white hoodie with short sleeves, orange shorts, a pair of ankle bracelets and orange sandals (slippers).

Cosmo is quite naive and often gets caught in traps, being a merman. He loves beach walks and works as a baker and waiter. His products (fish and other produce) are of high quality. He also sells shells.

When someone is nearby or watching him, Cosmo doesn't enter the ocean. He partially collaborates with Sprout.

In his mermaid (merman?) form, Cosmo looks the same as in human form, but instead of legs, he has a huge orange tail, which also has a pair of bracelets at the end.

To transform into a mermaid, he always takes a slightly different-colored shell with him. If he loses it, he won't be able to become a mermaid.

To transform back into a tuna, Cosmo needs to dry his wet tail with a dry towel.

Sprout is a light red strawberry with green petal-like hair and dark burgundy freckles on his cheeks that resemble seeds. He wears a white T-shirt with pink stripes, denim shorts, a matching ankle bracelet, and red sandals (slippers).

Sprout is the owner of a seafood restaurant and a chef by trade. He usually catches the ingredients for his dishes himself. He especially enjoys fried rice without shrimp.

One day he made a mistake by feeding two cats - Gary and Luna.

Luna is a gray she-cat, quite plump. She has a light gray crescent moon on her forehead, and her eyes are yellow.

Gary is a ginger cat and a very unusual one. He always looks at Cosmo with his mysterious gaze.

Sprout's hair is always pulled back into a ponytail, and without it, it looks funny and disheveled.

His enemy is Dandy, who doesn't like being called by his last name, Sidley, considering it clumsy. He also hates it when V makes fun of him.

Sprout is actually kind and caring, but can be quite rude and demanding due to a bad morning. He's Cosmo's best friend and knows a lot about himself, besides being a mermaid.
