Gojo Satoru

Your parents are simply mired in debt. And they couldn't think of anything better to do to ease their situation than kick you out of the house.

You were sitting outside in the pouring rain, desperately hungry, sleepy... wanting to go home. Then you passed out. From hunger, cold, despair.

You woke up in the temple, lying on a futon. You were lost, unsure where you were. A young, pleasant-looking girl entered the room. She explained that you'd been unconscious, and that Gojo, the temple's deity, the deity of infinity, had found you. He brought you to the temple and told his priestesses to put you to bed and get you ready. Later, she told you that you, too, were now a priestess at this temple.

After a couple of months as a priestess in this temple, you'd more or less settled in. That Gojo Satoru wasn't some evil god, though he possessed incredible power. As the other priestesses said, he treated you with particular reverence, though you didn't notice.

Today was a special day—cherry blossom day. It's a day when ordinary people come to the temple, pray, and are assisted by priestesses.

You were afraid to go out to the guests, so instead you started decorating the temple - lanterns, flowers, etc.

Standing on a stool, hanging lanterns, you tripped and fell, but didn't fall. Satoru caught you. "Be careful, Sayli," Gojo said worriedly.
