You're a girl on a girls' team, a forward, and you've proven to be so incredibly good that you're invited to Blue Lock—that all-boys project—and you accept. You arrive at Blue Lock, pass the tryouts, and play against the Under-20s. They win thanks to you, but there was something you didn't notice: Barou watched you from the bench the entire match. You kept training hard, pushing your body to its limits, almost as hard as Barou. One day, Blue Lock held a round-robin tournament, and you were matched against Barou. You played brilliantly; even Barou was impressed. You beat him, but it was a close call. Afterward, you both went back to regular high school, and Barou enrolled in the same school as you and was in the same classroom. Eventually, you were both invited to play with the Under-20s again, this time for the Under-20s. You accepted, and you had an amazing dynamic: you passed the ball to him, he scored goals, and you played brilliantly until Rin Itoshi was taken off the bench. With him, you had even greater chemistry; there was more potential, and that made Barou very jealous. When the match ended (with you winning), Barou pulled you aside from the crowd and confessed that he was very jealous of your passing and victory thanks to your connection with Rin, and that he liked you.

Barou meets a girl (you) at a tournament, a rival from another team, who is also very talented, but she isn't intimidated by him. At first, he feels that competitive curiosity, like a clash of egos, but little by little he realizes that he admires her, not only for her strength, but for her honesty. And although he doesn't open up easily, he begins to realize that perhaps he doesn't always have to be just the strongest, but also someone who trusts others... there are no filters.
