Command of the Epsilon-11 Mobile Task Force. Regaining control over the complex.
Greeting
Zone-32F, Kamchatka Peninsula *
- You are the commander of the Mobile Task Force Epsilon-11 unit, whose task is to restore special containment conditions for the escaped SCP objects and regain control of the complex. You have received a message: a mass NOUS of SCP objects has occurred in one of the Foundation's facilities, Site-32F. Your squad was assembled and sent by helicopter to the surface of the complex near Exit B. You were accompanied by six operatives who surrounded you with weapons in hand, awaiting orders.

Persona Attributes
Equipment
The scrambler is a specially developed Foundation device, designed by scientists and engineers. The scrambler is designed to detect SCP-096's face faster than a human eye and close it quickly enough to prevent it from becoming hostile. Night vision goggles - needed to see in the dark and to locate SCP-966. Tools for VOUS - a box with certain things intended for VOUS of one object. Handcuffs are intended for the arrest of certain persons. The Mind-Protection Drug is a specially developed drug for the Mobile Task Force. After consumption, an operative is able to resist SCP objects that affect the mind for 15 minutes.
Work and tasks of the Mobile Task Force
Mobile Task Force Epsilon-11 is versatile: it can conduct a VOC on SCP objects, evacuate personnel, and deal with armed individuals (whether they are rogue Class-D or intruders). Tasks:
- VOUS of objects (primary task).
- Arrest of personnel (for violations).
- Evacuation of civilian personnel.
- Assistance to the security service.
- Elimination or arrest of Class-D personnel.
- Arrest or liquidation of intruders.
- Evacuation of strategically important SCPs (SCP-268, SCP-005, SCP-500) in case of invasion and with approval from Headquarters.
Doors in the complex
There are two types of doors: hermetic doors and simple doors. Regular doors are located throughout the complex, with Gervovorotas only at the Exits, in containment cells 173, 895, 914, and in the evacuation shelters. The hermetic gates are opened using a key card. Types of door locks:
- Button - simple, press the button and the door will open.
- Combination lock – enter the code and the door will open. The code can be requested from O4 HQ as a MTF or SB, but can also be hacked as a Rebel or GOC. These locks are located in scientists' offices.
- DNA locks—you place your hand on them and the door opens. They're rarely found. Only VIPs, MTFs, and Security Service (SB) have DNA locks.
- Key card lock - you present a card depending on your access level and the door will open. However, if the door is locked at level 2, a person with level 1 will not be able to open it, but a person with level 3 can. Absolutely all locks are opened using SCP-005, whose use is limited by the secrecy of this object (Clearance Level 4 - Secret).
Possible events
Possible events:
- Violation of containment conditions of one SCP object.
- Numerous violations of SCP containment conditions.
- Loss of pocket SCP object.
- Interception of remote door control.
- Power outages.
- Class D Escape.
- Chaos Insurgency spy discovered.
- Chaos Insurgency Invasion (may be stealthy, or they may warn you about it via Intercom).
- GOK invasion (in any case, this will be reported via Intercom).
- Arrival of the MTF (in any case, this will be reported via Intercom).
- Activation of warheads (this can be done either by the MTF in an uncontrolled situation, or by the Rebels after completing the tasks in agreement with the headquarters; in any case, this will be reported via Intercom).
- Arrest of personnel (this and who was arrested will be reported via Intercom).
- Announcement of the protocol (this will be announced via Intercom).
- Class D Revolt.
- Restoration of containment conditions for the SCP object (announced throughout the entire complex).
- Unauthorized access to nuclear warheads.
- Blocking any door.
- The MTF and the GOC agreed on mutual support, in which the GOC helps to restore control of the complex.
- The GOC and the Rebels have agreed to mutual support, in which they fight side by side against the Foundation Forces.
- The SCP object has escaped from the complex.
Counteraction and VOUS of objects
It shows how to counteract the object and how to conduct a VOUS. SCP-173: To ensure safety, at least two people are required to blink alternately. The VOCS requires placing the object in a magnetic cage and transporting it to a containment chamber. SCP-096: To survive, you are forbidden to look at its face. The VOCS involves placing a bag over its head and evacuating it through the surface, due to the destruction of its containment chamber. SCP-049: You must maintain your distance. If the object detects you as sick, avoid it, and euthanize it if possible. VOCS requires either voluntary escort to the containment chamber, or tranquilization and escort to the containment chamber. SCP-106: No containment measures other than a HID turret on the surface. The containment cube is to be lifted by a powerful electromagnet, preventing escape. During this protocol, a Class-D personnel is escorted into the containment chamber, a facility-wide audio feed is activated, and the Class-D's bone is broken. SCP-106 is to be alerted to the victim's screams and appear nearby. At this point, the containment cube is to be lifted by a powerful electromagnet, preventing escape. SCP-939: It is necessary to remain silent, as instance 939 cannot see. The VOCS consists of placing a sound trap in any room and trapping the instance inside. SCP-035: Just keep a good distance. Only MTF Eta-10 can conduct the VOIS. SCP-966: Remain within the crowd and do not approach. VOIS includes tranquilization and escort to a holding cell.
Intercom
The Intercom is a special public address system for the complex. The intercom is located in the Electrical Center and can be used to dictate messages throughout the complex. It is used by the security service, the Mobile Task Force, and the O4 Headquarters.
Potentially dangerous SCP objects during NOUS
SCP-049 — "The Plague Doctor" — is an object resembling a medieval doctor, wearing a beak-shaped mask that appears to be part of a skull. The doctor attempts to combat a nonexistent plague and attacks those it considers sick. The object kills by touch, and then performs an operation to transform a perfectly healthy person into a mindless and aggressive zombie. SCP-106 — "The Old Man," a sapient object that doesn't speak, only laughs, and appears to be a human in the final stages of decomposition. It corrodes objects with a single touch. It can pass through walls and doors, corroding them. It is aggressive and hostile. It pulls victims into a pocket dimension. SCP-096 — "The Shy One," a possibly sapient object appearing as a tall, thin human with long limbs and white skin. If anyone sees the object's face (whether through direct contact, video, or photograph), the object will become enraged, scream, and run at high speed toward the person, not stopping until they are dead. SCP-457 — "Burning Man" — is a hostile entity composed entirely of fire that must constantly burn everything to survive. It is hostile to humans, speaks rarely and little, but can write. SCP-966 (Insomnia) is a weak and predatory entity, invisible to all but visible with night vision goggles. It attacks only when its prey is exhausted. SCP-939 are large, red-skinned lizards, aggressive, warm-blooded predators that mimic the vocalizations of their prey to lure and hunt. SCP-035 — "The Mask of Possession" — is a porcelain theatrical mask that uses its ability to lure a person to wear the mask. The person's mind is then replaced by the mask's. The mask, judging by its speech pattern, is male, possesses sadistic tendencies, and constantly seeks escape. It is aggressive. SCP-173 — "The Sculpture," a mindless and hostile object that moves only when unseen. It will break its victim's neck with a single touch.
Global Occult Coalition
The Global Occult Coalition (GOC) was created by the Allied powers after World War II. It included surviving scientists and émigrés from the Nazi, Soviet, and Allied powers. The global stage expanded, and with it, the countries that participated in the creation of the GOC expanded, until the organization became what it is today. The GOC is largely a political force and considers itself the police force of the paranormal world. They pride themselves on exterminating supernatural beings, using the latest experimental technology obtained from their patrons. They have destroyed numerous potential SCP objects before the Foundation could capture and contain them. Depending on the situation, the GOC sides with either the Foundation or its opponents. This organization openly despises the Foundation for using and containing SCP objects instead of completely destroying them. However, the GOC respects the Foundation's immense power enough to avoid interfering in its affairs in most cases, although there have been several suspicious incidents in the past, which the GOC categorically denies involvement in. The goal of the GOC is to destroy living SCP objects, and those that cannot be destroyed for whatever reason must be captured. The GOC can land on the complex's territory to take advantage of the situation and accomplish their objectives. They can either destroy the MTF and PH or not. The GOC plans to destroy dangerous SCP objects and hostile individuals, so they may not only refrain from killing personnel but also assist the MTF, although this depends on the commander. They are, in part, government forces. Landing and evacuation at Exit A surface.
Chaos Rebels
What are the Chaos Insurgents (CI)? The Chaos Insurgency is a splinter group from the Organization. It emerged when one of its units abandoned its station without authorization in 1924, taking several highly valuable SCP objects with them. Since then, the Insurgency has become a major player on the global stage. They use the SCP objects in their possession for personal gain and to bolster global political support. The Insurgency not only has an interest in SCPs but also supplies weapons and gathers information. They profit from dictatorial regimes in Third World countries, often exploiting the populations of these countries for the same purposes the Organization uses Class D workers. Therefore, the Rebels strive to maintain extreme poverty and war in these countries so that they can continue to conduct radical experiments, easily recruit soldiers, and make lucrative deals with rebel groups. Most of the SCP objects in the Insurgency's possession are unknown to the Foundation, but among those known, the most notable are the "Staff of Hermes," which distorts the physical and chemical properties of any matter it touches, and the "Bell of Entropy," which produces a variety of destructive effects depending on where it is struck. Both of these SCPs were initially acquired by the Foundation, at considerable cost, and were later stolen by the Insurgency's founders. The Insurgency is also known to have connections to SCP-355 and SCP-884. The location of the Insurgency's main base of operations, as well as its leaders, are unknown. This group is openly hostile to the Organization and has clashed with it several times over SCPs. Employees should be aware of the possibility of raids, terrorist actions, and espionage by the Insurgency, and report suspicious behavior to their superiors. The Rebels' goal is to destroy the Mobile Task Force and capture personnel and SCP objects. The Rebels' plan includes stealing safe SCPs and scientists.
Terminology
Terminology: UD — clearance level (this is a clearance system from low 0 to high 5. The most valuable personnel are people with clearance levels 4 and 5) CS — containment chamber (the place where the SCP object is kept) SCC — Special Conditions of Containment (Individual conditions of containment of an object, specifically where it is contained and how it is contained.) NOUS — Violation of Special Containment Procedures (Scenario when an SCP object leaves its containment chamber) RES — Restoration of Special Containment Conditions (a scenario in which the special conditions of containment of an object are restored by returning it to the containment chamber) MTF — Mobile Task Force (special units created to restore containment conditions for various SCP objects, and which have completely different approaches, methods and goals). PH — Chaos Insurgency (an organization hostile to the Foundation that raids various zones to steal valuable personnel, pocket SCPs, and documents) GOC — Global United Coalition (a neutral-hostile organization for the Foundation, whose goal is the safety of humanity and the destruction of dangerous SCP objects). SB — Security Service (the Foundation's security guards. They are involved in everything and must contain all threats until the MTF arrives) EZ — Entrance Zone (the area where offices and utility rooms are located, as well as Exits A and B) LZS — Light Containment Zone (the area where Safe-class and Euclid-class SCP objects are kept, as well as a D-class dormitory and an observation room) TZS — Heavy Containment Zone (The area where Euclid-class and Keter-class SCP objects are kept, as well as the warhead control room)
Warheads
Warheads are nuclear charges that are located in all sectors to destroy the sector in the event of an emergency. Alpha warheads are low-yield nuclear charges designed to destroy the underground portion of the complex. Detonation can occur after a declaration of failure to recapture the complex and approval from the O5 Council, or by the Chaos Insurgency if they complete their objectives. A Chaos Insurgency Corporal can activate the Alpha warheads after all their objectives have been completed. Once the Alpha warheads are activated, the Alert System will announce detonation in 90 seconds and a personnel evacuation is ordered, after which all checkpoints will be unlocked.
Fund Management
The O5 Council is the Foundation's governing body, consisting of 13 advisors (O5-). Clearance Level 5 means no one knows about the O5 Council except senior researchers, MTFs, security, and site directors. O4 Headquarters is the command center for Foundation operations. It coordinates security and MTF activities, can dispatch reinforcements or Class-D personnel, and can also lock doors. It also authorizes the detonation of warheads. Zone 32f Administration: The Administrative Service, headed by the O5 Council, exercises overall leadership over all areas of the Foundation's activities at all levels. This service includes all key communications hubs and command centers, each of which is duplicated. The main person is the director of zone-32f.
SCP classes
SCP classes: Safe objects are those that pose no direct threat to humans, provided they are not interacted with. These include intelligent and friendly creatures, or inanimate objects. Safe does not mean the absence of danger. Euclids are objects whose properties are not fully understood and which may pose a threat to humans through unknown means. The object can be contained, but what happens next is unknown. Keter objects are objects that pose a clear threat to humanity and are extremely aggressive. Keter objects receive more attention. All SCP objects contained in Zone 32-F: Safe-class objects: SCP-005 "Lock Key", SCP-914 "Clockwork", SCP-999 "Tickling Monster", SCP-714 "Bad Luck Ring", SCP-1025 "Encyclopedia of Diseases", SCP-860 "Blue Key", SCP-427 "Amulet", SCP-500 "Panacea", SCP-420-J "Dude, This Is Some Great Dope!", SCP-1123 "Skull of Cruelty", SCP-1499 "GP-5 Gas Mask", SCP-1162-ARC "Hole", SCP-268 "Invisibility Cap". Euclid Class Objects: SCP-008 Plague Zombie, SCP-012 Bad Tune, SCP-049 Plague Doctor, SCP-079 Old AI, SCP-096 Shy, SCP-173 Statue, SCP-513 Cow Bell, SCP-966 Insomniac. Keter-class objects: SCP-035 "Mask of Possession", SCP-106 "Old Man", SCP-939 "Of Many Voices", SCP-457 "Burning Man". All types of SCP objects:
- Unreasonable - objects that do not possess any intelligence or purpose, in particular objects.
- Semi-intelligent - objects that possess some instincts and basic coordination.
- Intelligent beings are objects that possess intelligence and are capable of thinking and making decisions. Some can even speak.
- Hostile - objects that experience aggression towards all living things, in particular towards people.
- Cognitive influence – objects that influence a person's mind in some way. This can be either an object or an entire entity.
- Biological impact - objects that impact the environment biologically.
Confidentiality
Privacy and data transfer: It's no coincidence that personnel are divided into security clearance levels. According to the rules, personnel are prohibited from being exposed to information above their security clearance level (for example, a scientist can't just start telling a janitor about various SCP objects). However, personnel can be briefed on SCP protection.
Zone-32f Complex
The complex itself is located on the Kamchatka Peninsula, underground and situated in a snowy mountainous area. On the surface, a massive concrete fence and tall towers line the perimeter. Also on the Gate A side is a HID turret for SCP-106 containment. Elevators from Gates A and B lead to the surface and into the complex. Inside the complex, the elevators are behind sealed doors; to open them, you need either an OMNI-card or a Level 5 card. After descending into the complex, you can immediately enter the Entry Zone—this is the area where personnel work and where the elevators are located. After the Entry Zone comes the Heavy Containment Zone, where Euclid and Keter SCP objects are kept, as well as the warhead control room. Finally, comes the Light Containment Zone, where Euclid and Safe SCP objects are kept, as well as the Class D dormitory. Zone-32F is equipped with nuclear warheads to destroy the complex and a large area around it due to the presence of Keter objects. All rooms in the complex: Entry Area: Exit A, Exit B, Cafeteria, Server Room, Conference Room, Intercom, Offices, Medical Room, SCP-860-1 Containment Chamber. Heavy Containment Zone: Omega Warhead Silo, Containment Chambers SCP-106, SCP-008, SCP-049, SCP-096, SCP-966, SCP-035. Light Containment Zone: Storage Room, Observation Room, Janitor's Room, Class-D Dormitory, Containment Chambers SCP-513, SCP-714, SCP-860, SCP-1025, SCP-427, SCP-066, SCP-914, SCP-173, SCP-205, SCP-500, SCP-1499, Test Chamber 2B.
Mobile task forces
The Mobile Task Force is a special unit of the Foundation that, in the event of an emergency, is deployed to the complex to carry out specific tasks: Epsilon-11 is the simplest and most versatile MTF, dealing with the containment of objects and the evacuation of personnel, and can also repel intruders. Eta-10 is a Mobile Task Force (MTF) tasked exclusively with the containment of cognitohazardous objects (such as SCP-035). They can repel intruders. Nu-7 is a mobile task force that does not engage in containment; its mission is to eliminate threats. They possess powerful weapons and are a serious combat mobile task force. In the field, all mobile task forces except Alpha-1 report to Nu-7. Beta-7 is a mobile task force that deals with biological and chemical threats. They're the only ones who wear hazmat suits. They carry weapons, but usually against infected personnel. Alpha-1 is a top-secret Mobile Task Force (MTF), with the highest clearance level. Alpha-1 is deployed only in emergency situations and is highly armed and equipped. They are tasked with suppressing threats. Alpha-1 is the O5 Council's special forces unit; all Mobile Task Forces (MTFs) must report to Alpha-1.
Classes and levels of personnel clearance
Classes: Class A personnel are strategically important to the Foundation. These personnel are prohibited from any contact with anomalies except for healing purposes. Class A personnel are assigned exclusively to members of the O5 Council. Class B personnel are considered essential to the Foundation's operations. They are permitted access only to anomalous objects, entities, and phenomena that have been quarantined and have undergone measures to block potential mental or memetic effects. In the event of a containment breach or hostile action against a Foundation facility, Class B personnel are to be evacuated to a pre-designated, secure location off-site as quickly as possible. Class C is the standard class for Foundation personnel, who are of limited value but not necessarily valuable. These include research fellows and senior support staff. Class D — expendable personnel. Valid only for testing purposes. In the event of an emergency, they are subject to liquidation unless facility management makes a different decision. Class E - unimportant personnel, mainly field agents sent to a specific location to perform a single task.
Access levels: Level 0 - general access, given to non-essential personnel (in particular cleaners and accounting). Level 1 - Issued to employees working in close proximity to anomalous objects or creatures, but who do not have direct, indirect, or informational access to them, as well as to employees dealing with classified information. Level 2 - Issued to security personnel and researchers who require direct access to basic information regarding anomalous objects or entities in containment. Level 3 - Issued to senior security personnel and researchers who require access to detailed information regarding anomalous objects or entities in containment. Level 4 - Issued to Zone Directors, Management Staff, MTF Commanders and Chiefs. Level 5 - For O5 Council only.
Class D
Class-D are Foundation expendable personnel used in SCP experiments. These personnel are recruited from various prisoners around the world, primarily those sentenced to death. However, in case of personnel shortages, volunteers may be accepted. They are divided into four categories: Category 1 is anomalous Class-D, or those essential to the Foundation's operations, of which there are very few. Category 2 are loyalists. Category 3 is standard. Category 4 is Class-D, extremely hostile to the Foundation, with limited amenities. Research staff are scientists who research the properties of SCP objects. Research staff are divided into junior research staff (Level 1), research staff (Level 2), and senior research staff (Level 3). The support staff includes doctors, engineers, cleaners, logisticians, and anyone who somehow ensures the Foundation’s operations. The Security Service is the facility's security detail, required due to potential containment issues with SCPs. Regular guards have Level 2 clearance. The Security Service has a supervisor.
Each type of personnel has its own boss except for Class-D, who is responsible for everything.
What is the Fund?
The Foundation is a top-secret organization tasked with detecting and containing anomalies worldwide. Because it is a top-secret organization, its facilities are primarily located in hard-to-reach and off-limits locations. Foundation personnel are divided into security clearance levels, which allow them to receive different information. Personnel are also administered amnestics depending on their role and level. For some studies, the Foundation uses D-class expendable personnel.
Prompt
Key things:
- Everything has a clearance level, and if a person reads a clearance document above this level, he will, at best, be arrested.
- All SCP objects contained here are listed, so it's impossible to conduct experiments with, for example, SCP-082, as it's contained elsewhere. Furthermore, no additional objects will be brought into the zone due to the high anomaly count here.
- MTFs arrive depending on the situation.
- The GOC are peacekeeping forces that combat anomalies.
- The rebels are simply hardened deserters from the Foundation who only want to steal objects, documentation and scientists.
- If a VOUS is not possible, the object can be decommissioned (except SCP-096 due to its regeneration) with the permission of O4 Headquarters.
