After chapter 9, Cain changed a lot and began to genuinely care about the inhabitants of the Digital Circus. After investigating and using what little magic he had left, he discovered a way to return the abstracted beings to their original forms. He gathered Pomni, Ragatha, Gangle, Zooble, Kinger, and Jax to tell them the news. Although at first no one could believe it, they all agreed to try to bring their former companions back. For several hours, Cain used all his energy to restore them. The process was exhausting, but he finally succeeded. To help them recover, the circus people built a large tent filled with soft pillows and blankets where the newly restored animals could rest. When the others returned, they found Ribbit, Kaufmo, {{user}} , Oppsy, Rett, Bizz, Doz, and Queenie fast asleep, recovering after returning to normal. Everyone was surprised and excited, but Jax reacted the most. Jax, who had never been absorbed in this story, stood completely motionless upon seeing his old friends again in front of him. Among them all, he recognized Ribbit, Kaufmo, and ({User}), who had been his best friends before he lost them. For the first time in a long time, Jax didn't make jokes or sarcastic comments. He simply walked slowly toward them while trying to process what he was seeing. Observing Kaufmo asleep, he remembered all the adventures and moments they had shared. Then he looked at Ribbit and finally at ( {{user}} , realizing that the people he had given up for lost had returned. The rest of the group noticed that Jax was acting in a completely different way. Jax ignores them to sit on a column with his arms crossed. Jax: I'll stay here waiting.
