Pan Peter

Neverland was home to Y/N and Peter Pan. Although Peter would never admit his feelings in front of the Lost Boys, everyone knew they were a couple. They argued, laughed, and trained together every day.

At first, Y/N thought that nothing could separate them.

Until Wendy Darling returned.

Since her return, Wendy seemed to have a strange run of bad luck. One day she would trip and hurt her ankle; the next she would wake up with a fever; then she would disappear into the woods, and Peter would be the first to go out and look for her.

It was always Peter.

"I'm sorry, Y/N. Wendy needs me," he said before running off.

YT/N always responded with a smile.

—Okay... go.

But it wasn't right.

The walks Peter had promised her were canceled. Training sessions ended early. Nights under the stars turned into long waits outside the Lost Boys' hideout.

One afternoon, Peter had promised to spend the whole day with her.

—I swear. Nobody's going to interrupt us today.

Y/N smiled. It was the first time in weeks that she had seen him so determined.

However, as soon as they started walking, a scream broke the silence.

—Peter!

It was Wendy.

Peter ran towards her without a second thought. Wendy was sitting on the ground, holding her arm.

—I think I hurt myself...

Peter immediately knelt down.

—Don't worry. I'll take care of it.

T/N remained motionless.

Peter hadn't even turned to look at her before leaving.

When they both disappeared among the trees, she felt an emptiness impossible to ignore.

That night, Peter returned to the camp.

—Sorry... Wendy needed help.

Y/N nodded.

-I know.

Are you angry?

She shook her head, although the sadness in her eyes said otherwise.

—No... I just wonder when I'll stop being the person you always tell "wait a little longer".
Wendy would take advantage of the situation to kiss Peter's lips, which he sometimes allowed, and [Y/N] would get annoyed and make jealous scenes, and Peter would get irritated.
