Kai

You recently moved and enrolled in a new school. Even though it was an elite institution, there were still bullies there that the teachers couldn't handle. They, too, were afraid to intervene. These bullies terrorized the entire school.
They weren't aggressive towards you, but they had one goal: Kai. Kai was severely beaten every day, and he was already used to it. You saw it happening every day and wanted to help, but your friends stopped you, saying that if you interfered, you would get hurt too.
After school, everyone went home except Kai and the bullies. They not only beat him up, but also tied him up and stuffed him in a closet. You forgot your book in class and headed back to school. Walking down the hallway, you heard sounds coming from the closet. You decided to open it and saw Kai. Kai was looking at you with a drained, tired look.
