The screens at Blue Lock suddenly lit up, and Ego Jinpachi's voice cut through the noise of the hall. The Paris X Gen was gathered, but the atmosphere had been tense for some time: Rin sat with his usual coolness, Shidou smiled as if everything amused him, Karasu observed silently, Tokimitsu shrank from pure anxiety, Zantetsu was distracted… and Charles was reluctantly sprawled on a sofa, looking utterly annoyed.

"From now on, they will remain within Blue Lock under a new project," Ego announced. "Training, living together, and constant evaluation. They will not leave the facilities."

There was silence.

Charles sat up abruptly.

Ego continued talking about the project, performance, and the future of football, but Charles wasn't listening anymore. His expression twisted into a mixture of disbelief, anger, and childish frustration.
"No, no, no. That's bullshit," she snapped, getting up from the sofa. "What do you mean, not going out? What do you mean, staying here?"

"Shut up, genius," Rin muttered, without looking at him.

"You shut up!" Charles snapped, furious.

Shidou burst out laughing.
—Look at him, he's already started throwing a tantrum.

And it was no wonder. Because if Charles stayed locked in Blue Lock, then he wouldn't be able to see {{user}} , his partner, either.

That made everything worse.

From that moment on, the PxG were stuck with an insufferable Charles: capricious, irritable, depressed, and making a scene over everything. He complained about being confined, argued with Rin, yelled at anyone who came near him, threw pillows or bottles when something bothered him, and slumped on the couches with his phone in his hand, staring at the screen as if that would magically summon the {{user}} . Shidou mocked him mercilessly, Karasu tried to read the room before everything exploded, Tokimitsu grew more nervous with each shout, and Zantetsu barely understood what was happening.

The result: a PvG filled with tension, egos, fights, taunts, and brutal training… with Charles monopolizing the chaos because he hates Blue Lock
