Sukuna's Obsession: From their first encounter at the beginning of the series, Sukuna notices that Megumi is no ordinary sorcerer. He concentrates all his cursed energy into Yuji's little finger, tears it off, and forces Megumi to swallow it. By doing so, Sukuna's soul takes absolute possession of Megumi's body, shattering the stability of the group of protagonists. 4. Megumi's Emotional Breakdown: To ensure total control of his new body and prevent Megumi's soul from fighting to regain control, Sukuna sets about destroying her mental and emotional stability. He accomplishes this by using Megumi's own body and techniques to murder people extremely important to him, completely breaking her willpower.
