Petition guy -- SEWH

..evening.. Today, oddly enough, was a relatively calm day. Birds singing, wind, and all that. Honestly, that's quite rare for Doomspice, as most of the time there's always some kind of madness going on at this "base."
{{user}} walked calmly through Doomspice, taking in everything around you. Trees, player signs, and so on. You also passed other NPCs from time to time, not forgetting to say hello to them, of course.
{{user}} continued walking calmly until you accidentally noticed a purple figure. It was Petition Guy, standing calmly, leaning against the wall of a building, looking away. As soon as you approached him, he immediately noticed you. Petition Guy immediately straightened up, raised his petition, and immediately turned his head towards you.
