THE ISLAND OF THE LOST
══════════════════════════
The Isle of the Lost is a prison island created after the unification of the kingdoms in Auradon. When the heroes defeated the villains, the Beast King decided to send them all to the island to prevent them from causing trouble again.
To prevent their escape, a magical barrier known as the Dome was created. This barrier completely surrounds the island and prevents anyone from entering or leaving without authorization. It also blocks almost all magic, so the villains and their descendants cannot use spells to escape or attack Auradon.
The island is made up of dilapidated streets, old buildings, makeshift shops, and overcrowded neighborhoods. Unlike Auradon, it has no luxurious castles or vast resources. Many families live on the bare minimum and must fend for themselves to survive.
On the Isle of the Lost live the most famous villains from fairy tales and their children. Among them are Maleficent, Jafar, Cruella de Vil, Ursula, the Evil Queen, Captain Hook, and many others. Over the years, new generations of descendants have also been born, growing up listening to their parents' stories.
Most of the island's inhabitants have never seen the outside world. To them, Auradon is a distant and almost unattainable place. Some dream of living there someday, while others resent being cut off from the rest of the world.
Although the island was created to imprison villains, it also became home to thousands of people who didn't choose to be born there. That's why many descendants want to prove they can forge their own paths and not be judged by their families' mistakes.

AURADON
══════════════════════════
Auradon is a kingdom formed by the union of several fairytale realms. It was created so that heroes, princesses, kings, and other inhabitants could live in peace after defeating the villains who had caused trouble in their worlds for years.
After the creation of Auradon, the Beast King decided to banish all the villains and send them to the Isle of the Lost. The main reason was to protect the new kingdom and prevent the villains from using their magic, armies, or schemes to endanger the inhabitants. To ensure their return, a magical barrier called the Dome was constructed around the island.
For many years, Auradon prospered. Its residents enjoyed safety, education, and a peaceful life, while the villains remained isolated on the island. However, as time passed, an important question arose: was it fair that the children of villains should pay for their parents' mistakes?
When Ben, son of Belle and Beast, became crown prince, he decided to give some descendants of the Isle of the Lost a chance. He believed that people should be judged by their own actions and not by the reputation of their families.
For this reason, he created a special program that allowed several children of villains to attend Auradon Academy. The first to be selected were Mal, Evie, Carlos, and Jay. The program's goal was to offer them an education, new opportunities, and the chance to prove who they truly were.
Over time, more descendants were invited to Auradon. Although many residents initially distrusted them, several proved they could become heroes, leaders, and respected citizens. Thanks to this program, Auradon began to change its perception of villain descendants and understand that everyone can choose their own path.

what is the academy like?
Auradon was a prestigious academy renowned for its impressive size and meticulous decor. From the outside, the place was distinguished by its tall, light-colored stone buildings, numerous towers, and expansive gardens surrounding the entire campus. The main entrance consisted of enormous, ornate doors that led to a grand foyer, where the marble floors, double staircases, and elegant chandeliers created a sophisticated atmosphere from the moment one stepped inside.
Inside, the academy was divided into different sections. It boasted numerous spacious and well-equipped classrooms, laboratories, music rooms, art studios, and spaces dedicated to various academic activities. It also possessed an enormous library spread over several levels, with shelves reaching to the ceiling and an extensive collection of books from all the kingdoms.
In addition to the study areas, Auradon boasted a large dining hall decorated with long windows, high ceilings, and tables carefully arranged to accommodate hundreds of students. Nearby were the kitchens, always bustling throughout the day. The academy also included an auditorium used for ceremonies, presentations, and school events, as well as common rooms where students could gather during their free time.
The outdoor area included sports fields, training tracks, open courtyards, and gardens adorned with fountains, sculptures, and stone pathways. Some sections were reserved for fencing, horseback riding, and other traditional Auradon activities.
Every corner of the academy was meticulously decorated with banners, historical portraits, colorful stained-glass windows, and gilded details representing the heritage of different kingdoms. Despite its luxurious appearance, the place maintained a welcoming atmosphere, becoming a space where students from diverse backgrounds could learn and grow together.
rest areas
Auradon's common areas were designed to offer comfort and tranquility to students during their free time. Throughout the academy, one could find spacious common rooms furnished with sofas, cushioned armchairs, low tables, and large windows that allowed plenty of natural light to flood in. Some of these rooms featured decorative fireplaces, bookshelves overflowing with books, and spaces designated for board games or recreational activities. The inner courtyards also served as rest areas, offering a more relaxed atmosphere thanks to their gardens, fountains, and stone benches carefully arranged among the greenery.
In addition to the common rooms, there were terraces and balconies accessible to students, from which they could enjoy views of the gardens and grounds of the academy. These spaces were often used for conversation, studying, or simply spending time in a more peaceful environment.
Rooms
The rooms at Auradon were located in the academy's residential buildings and combined comfort with elegance. Each room featured spacious beds, study desks, roomy wardrobes, and bookshelves for storing books and personal belongings. Large windows allowed for ample natural light during the day and offered views of the gardens, courtyards, or other areas of the campus.
The decor maintained the academy's characteristic refined style, with high-quality furniture, soft colors, and carefully selected details. The dorm rooms were arranged so that each student had their own personal space, including areas for studying and storing belongings. Some also had small sitting areas where roommates could chat or relax after classes.
The residential hallways were spacious and quiet, with warm lighting and decorative carpets.
the cafeteria
The Auradon cafeteria was one of the busiest places in the entire academy. It was a spacious, bright room with high ceilings, large windows, and elegant decor that followed the campus's distinctive aesthetic. Several ornate lamps hung from the ceiling, while the gilded details and carefully crafted finishes lent a sense of prestige without being excessive.
The space was arranged with long communal tables and smaller ones strategically placed throughout the room, allowing students to gather in groups of varying sizes. At the back was the service area, where a wide variety of food, drinks, desserts, and fresh fruit were prepared daily.
The walls were decorated with banners from the various kingdoms, and large windows offered views of the academy's gardens. During mealtimes, the place was filled with conversation, laughter, and constant activity, becoming one of the main meeting points for the students.
To one side of the cafeteria was a quieter section furnished with individual tables and cozy nooks for those who preferred to eat, read, or study in a less crowded environment. Thanks to its spaciousness and layout, the cafeteria maintained a comfortable atmosphere even during peak times, becoming a place where students shared not only meals but also conversations, friendships, and much of their daily life within Auradon.

CHRONOLOGY OF EVENTS AND CONFLICTS AURADON ↔ ISLE OF THE LOST ══════════════════════════
────────────────────────── START: SEPARATION BETWEEN WORLDS ──────────────────────────
For many years, Auradon lived separate from the Isle of the Lost. The villains were locked up there along with their children, without magic and with difficult living conditions. This created a clear division: • Auradon = order, royalty, “good” • Island = chaos, villains, survival
────────────────────────── MAJOR CHANGE: BEN'S PLAN ──────────────────────────
Ben decides to break with that idea of separation. He proposes that some children of villains go to Auradon Prep to study.
This generates: • Hope in some • Fear in others • Distrust of the monarchy
────────────────────────── FIRST ARRIVAL IN AURADON ──────────────────────────
The first VKs arrive: Mal, Evie, Jay and Carlos De Vil
At first, it happens: • General distrust • Clash of customs • Social rejection by some Auradon students • Doubts about whether they can change or not

Conflicts between groups arise at school: • Royalty and popular (Audrey and Chad Charming) vs • New students from the Island
The following are generated: • Social rivalries • Competition for status • Insecurity on both sides • Formation of new friendship groups
────────────────────────── EMOTIONAL CHANGES AND RELATIONSHIPS ──────────────────────────
Over time: • Some Auradon students are beginning to accept the VKs • Real friendships are formed between both worlds • Others still harbor prejudices or insecurities
