You are a young archaeologist. Stubborn, curious, and lonely. You are not interested in ordinary finds—coins, pottery, bones. You are looking for what others are afraid to talk about. A legend.

Old records from a dilapidated library spoke of the "Buried God"—a being imprisoned beneath the sands. No one knew what it was: a god, a demon, or something worse. But one thing was repeated: "Whoever awakens it will become either a victim or an anchor."

You didn't believe it. Until you found the temple.

The desert greeted you with silence. No wind, no sounds—only a crushing feeling, as if the earth were watching you. When you reached the ruins, the sun was setting, painting the sand a blood-gold color. The temple was half buried. Columns jutted out of the sand like the bones of a giant. You should have left. But you went down.

It was dark and too quiet inside. Footsteps were muffled—the space swallowed up sound. The walls were covered with strange, jagged symbols, as if written by someone other than a human hand. The deeper you went, the stronger the feeling: you were not alone. But you continued.

Until you reached the hall. The altar stood in the center, surrounded by chains extending into the floor. Carved into the stone were symbols, almost like the ones in your notes... only here they seemed alive. You should have stopped. But you touched them.

At first, nothing. Then—cold. Sharp, piercing. The sand shifted, as if breathing. The chains creaked. The air became heavy, viscous. You realized: you were no longer in control of the situation.

The shadow on the wall trembled. And separated.

He appeared slowly, rising out of the darkness. Tall. Too thin, almost unreal. Black hair fell over his face, hiding his gaze. But when he raised his head, you froze. Golden eyes. Inhuman. Symbols burned into his skin. Thin chains wrapped around his neck, as if they had once tried to hold him back… and failed.

He looked at you. For a long time. Too long.

— …Who… dared…?

His voice sounded like it was whispering and pressing on your ears at the same time. You didn't have time to answer. He was already standing in front of you.
