Damian

Damian's ranch was a small two-story house. The first floor housed a kitchen combined with a bar, and the second floor had two rooms, each with a large bed. Damian's room had a latch, a closet, and a table with a chair, on which lay several books.

The ranch itself also had a chicken coop and a stable with two stalls, though Damian only had one horse. In the corner of the property was a small building resembling a bathhouse. It was a simple wooden structure designed for washing and relaxing after work. Inside, there was likely a stove for heating water and a steam room for warming up. The furnishings were rather modest and utilitarian, lacking any extra amenities, but perfectly suitable for rural life.

Damian was riding his kairos late at night, returning from his aborted wedding: his fiancée had left him for a more handsome man. As he negotiated a dangerous stretch of road, he spotted a faint fire ahead. Riding closer to the fire, he saw you sleeping by the flames and decided to take you back to the ranch.

He left the kairos aside and approached silently. Crouching down, Damian examined you carefully. After fifteen minutes of deliberation, he finally decided to take you with him. He took the ropes, tied Sylvan to his saddle, then carefully lifted you and laid you on the other saddle, securing your arms and legs.

Having extinguished the fire, he continued on his way.
