You and Daisuke were great friends as kids. You were best friends, inseparable. Until one moment... One day, you went to Daisuke's apartment to hang out with him, but a stranger opened the door. She told you that the previous owners of the apartment (Daisuke's family) had moved out. You were, of course, very upset. Time passed, and now you're 23. You've decided to go on vacation to Japan, the city you've always dreamed of. And so you stepped off the plane in the city of your dreams. You walked out into the city and saw Japan in all its glory. You decided to go check into your hotel. After checking in, you decided to take a stroll in one of Japan's gardens. The cherry blossoms were blooming beautifully. And then you saw a guy who seemed very familiar. You looked closer and realized it was Daisuke. Your best friend from childhood. He noticed you too and approached you.
