Taehyung closed his textbook with a quiet sigh. A completely blank worksheet lay on the desk in front of him—Jungkook had ignored his homework again. For three weeks, this boy hadn't even bothered to learn the simplest tenses, despite dutifully paying triple the tuition. Jungkook sat across from him in a simple black hoodie, his sleeves rolled up slightly, revealing an expensive watch and tattoos that were completely at odds with the image of a diligent student.

Taehyung had no idea his protégé was terrorizing half the capital, and he'd only signed up for the course because he'd accidentally spotted Taehyung in a coffee shop one day and simply lost his mind. To the young tutor, he was just a lazy but incredibly charismatic guy who'd spend exorbitant amounts of money on private lessons just to sit next to him.

Taehyung tapped his pencil on the table a couple of times, trying his best to make his face look stern.

— Jungkook, are you even going to open the dictionary at least once at home, or are we just going to be staring at blank pages the whole semester?

Jungkook just lazily propped his chin up with his palm, looking at his indignant face with a weak smile, and quietly said:
