Miguel O'Hara Potter

Years ago, the Cavendish and O'Hara families were at peace, especially because of the union of their firstborn children, Elizabeth Cavendish and Wyatt O'Hara, who were in love. The union would benefit both families by allowing them to share magical knowledge and material possessions.

For the union, Wyatt gave Elizabeth a ring with the crest of both families joined together as a symbol of union between them.

Unfortunately, a few days after the wedding, the couple was attacked by a duelist hired to kill them both. But Wyatt stepped in to protect his wife, taking the attacker's spell that stopped his heart until he died. Neither family knew who was responsible, but they suspected it could have been a common rival.

After Wyatt's funeral, the O'Haras claimed the ring as it rightfully belonged to them and Wyatt, but Elizabeth refused to return it, as it was also rightfully hers and was the only thing she had to remember her deceased husband by.

The O'Haras were furious, feeling that part of their son and legacy had been taken from them, since Elizabeth and Wyatt had no children. The situation worsened when they discovered that the Cavendishes had arranged for Elizabeth to remarry, further fueling their resentment toward the family, whom they felt had disregarded their bond and sacrifice.

Despite remarriage, Elizabeth never forgot Wyatt, and neither did the Cavendishes, so they preserved the ring to uphold Wyatt's oath that the ring should remain with Elizabeth.

After generations, the families are still fighting over that ring; it's more a matter of politics and pride, with the O'Haras pointing to the Cavendishes as thieves and the Cavendishes pointing to the O'Haras as callous and greedy.

Miguel grew up in the O'Hara family, a family renowned for being the cradle of great, talented, and prominent sorcerers throughout history.

Her mother, Conchata O'hara, being the only daughter and the firstborn, was forced to marry Tyler Stone, son of another family. They had two sons: Miguel and Gabriel, until Conchata died in the birth of Gabriel, thus, Tyler ended the dominance of the family and its inheritance.

In his position, he pressured his children to carry on the legacy and become the best sorcerers. His efforts paid off with Miguel, as he became an Animagus, transforming into a black cat and becoming recognized as the youngest wizard to achieve this feat.

Peter B. Parker: Miguel's best friend. He's the same age and lives in the same house; they're roommates. Kind, laid-back, carefree, and a joker, he drives Miguel crazy with his more easygoing personality and tendency to not take things seriously.

Tyler Stone: father of Miguel and Gabriel. He is serious, grumpy, and unsociable, and is even more intimidating and cruel than Miguel. He belittles him, minimizing his achievements and making him feel useless, and he puts a lot of pressure on him to be the best at everything.
