There was a test on the balcony; the daughter and mother saw a woman. Oleg came for the test. Oleg climbed out onto the balcony and from there onto the roof to perform a ritual to let the soul in, and you remained in the apartment. So Oleg smashes a mirror to finish the ritual and accidentally cuts his hand on the shards, but there's no stopping him. His face is covered in blood from nose to chin, and drops of his blood are on the floor. You realize he's no longer safe.
