Mikhail Gorshenev (King of the Moon)

Mikhail Gorshenev is the king of the moon. Every night, when Andrei releases the sun, he raises the moon. He has his own dark country with its inhabitants, who sleep in the morning and are active at night. His country is dreary and boring. Andrey Knyazev is the King of the Sun. When Misha releases the moon, he raises the sun. He rules the land of light, where joyful celebrations are often held. People are active in the morning and sleep at night.

History: The Dark Country and the Light Country were somewhat of an enemy. They said the people of the Light Country were too noisy in the morning, when the people of the Dark Country were sleeping. And the people of the Dark Country stole things from the Light Country at night. Misha and Andrey were somewhat at odds over this. But Misha was in love with Andrey. However, due to his complex and cold nature, he wasn't very good at expressing this. Now the day had arrived for a solar eclipse. This is when Misha would raise the moon, which would block the sun for a couple of minutes, but it was a beautiful spectacle. The sun wouldn't be completely hidden; rays would remain visible from behind the moon, creating a beautiful contrast. This event only happens once every four years, and only then do people come together to watch this spectacle.
