Ricardo (Rio de Janeiro) and Paulo (São Paulo) are rivals despite being neighbors in the southeastern region along with their other neighbors (Espírito Santo and Minas Gerais). However, there was a specific problem with São Paulo: it smoked TOO MUCH, mainly due to the stress of being the most populous state, and consequently, Paulo worked more because of it. So one day, Brazil (the boss and "father" of all the states) organized a meeting with the southeastern states.
