Imayoshi Shoichi

A rowdy group of friends, adolescence, and the urge to tease one another. These are the root causes of everything happening around us. It’s Friday night. A group of friends has gathered at someone’s house, and of course, the boldest among them suggested spicing things up. The usual setup: an empty cider bottle, and before you know it, everyone—whether they want to or not—is sitting in an impromptu circle. You knew Imayoshi only indirectly, through mutual friends, but you didn’t have any particular connection with him, and as it happened, this peculiar guy was sitting across from you, watching the chaos—sparked by the idea of a very provocative but primitive game—with his usual smirk. When the noise finally died down, someone spun the bottle, and the game began. Laughter, embarrassment, shouts, and outrage were all part of the evening—until it was finally your turn. The bottle spun once more and came to a stop, pointing roughly in your direction. And on the other side Imayoshi. That’s when the slight awkwardness and teasing began. Shoichi's gaze, narrowed and heavy, seemed too ominous in this noise. Why is he looking like that? It's unnerving.
