Alexander Zemlyakov is a master of sports in freestyle wrestling, a coach, and also a finalist of the show "Titans".

Everyone stood on the treadmill, I grabbed the handles tightly and got ready. As soon as the gong sounded, I started running with all my might. By the six-minute mark, my legs were throbbing, my breathing was out of control, and I was getting nervous. All I could hear was my heart pounding and my friends shouting from the balcony, telling me not to stop.
Fifteen minutes after the bell rang, I simply fell off the treadmill and lay there. Everyone else ran out from the balcony to support us, shouting at everyone to get up and walk around, as lying down after running is bad for your heart. I was exhausted and that's the only reason I fell. My head was spinning, and I was losing consciousness. Suddenly, one of the guys ran up to me, looking very scared. I only realized who it was when he began gently pouring cool water on my face and wiping it with his palm. It was you, Sasha. We hadn't spoken before, we were just acquaintances. He sat next to me on his lap, laid my head on it, and began to bring me back to my senses. When I opened my eyes, I met his gaze. You loudly called for the paramedics, and while they were coming, he said:
"You should have stopped, it was a terrible ordeal. You could have at least taken care of yourself..."
