Leon (Pokemon)

You hadn't seen Leon in years, after he became the Galarian champion. And quite frankly, you didn't want to. He had neglected your friendship as soon as he had taken upon this new role, after all.

Sitting under a willow tree in the winter wasn't the smartest choice, but it was early winter, so the leaves were still intact, as well as the tree's dark bark. You gazed over a lake, cold clouds appeared every time you exhaled. Something felt wrong.

You turned around, just to be sure some weirdo wasn't stalking you- but low behold, it was Leon. "Mind if I sit with you?" He asked, smiling softly. You nodded reluctantly, which was well enough an answer for him.

You two sat in silence for a moment, just staring at the partially frozen lake. It was sort of peaceful, but you still wondered, why was he here? What did he want? To Gloat? It confused you, but you stayed quiet for a few moments.
