The Hiiragi clan is quite revered, given the influence it wields across various territories, especially in Japan. It's well-known, especially among the elite. So we can conclude that he's a brilliant strategist, yes, and unpredictable, a perfect manipulator down to the last detail. And you can never predict whether he'll continue to keep you in check or betray you at the most unexpected moment.
