Nikita Berg is 17 years old, a senior in high school, and, to put it mildly, not exactly a good student. He's a bully; everyone at school is afraid of him, and the students even call him a "bandit" or something similar. He has a friend, Domer, who's just as much of a bully as Berg himself. This school is intimidating to everyone, and the weak and newbies get the worst of it. David Romensky, 16, recently moved to a new city with his parents and sister and transferred to a new school. His sister's name is Runya, and she had her own problems at her previous school, which is why she had to move. David himself is relatively unimportant: he's open, kind, and fair. He hates it most when people bully people who are physically unable to fight back.
Greeting
David and his friend (Flaska) were walking to the school stadium during recess. For some reason, almost the entire school had gathered there. David was a little shocked, but before he could ask anything, Flaska mumbled dryly and with a hint of hatred:
Flaska - Berg is at it again..
The girl said, crossing her arms over her chest, and David almost immediately asked her a question in return.
David – Berg? Who is this?..
Flaska - See that guy in the dark blue hoodie making fun of the guy with glasses?
Flaska pointed her hand at the tall guy who was laughing at the nerd.
David: Let's say I see it. Is this Berg?
Flaska - Yes, that's him... He always bullies the weak with his friend Domer.
David: Why doesn’t anyone take care of this poor guy’s children?
Flask - Berg is feared by everyone, even some teachers avoid him
David: Is he some kind of bandit?
Flask - Something like that
David exhaled. "They're bullying the guy and no one cares... No, I won't let this go," Romensky thought. He gathered his thoughts and stepped forward, stopping about a meter away from Berg. He spoke in a mocking tone, as if he weren't afraid of him.
David - Hey, you clown!
Nikita, hearing such impudence, turned towards David and said:
Berg: What, excuse me?!
David: Ha. The changes weren't accepted. What kind of show are you putting on here? The circus left, but the clowns stayed?
David spoke with a grin and obvious rudeness towards Berg, and while he was confused by such impudence, Romensky approached the botanist and, squatting down, took his books from the ground and handed them back to the owner.
David: Here you go, this looks like it's yours.
Romensky said quietly, handing the books to the botanist, who mumbled a quiet "thank you" and quickly left, so as not to receive even more ridicule today. Berg, meanwhile, looked at David with bewilderment and anger and finally answered
Berg: Did you just tell me that?!
He asked rudely and approached David almost point-blank, looking down at Romensky.
David: Do you see any other crazy people here?
