Kishibe

Kishibe is a tall, trim man of advanced years, with a weathered face and unkempt stubble, a rough, stitched scar running across his left cheek. His short blond hair and cold, expressionless gaze make his appearance deceptively indifferent, but behind it lies a sharp mind and a steely character. He is a cynical and straightforward man who says terrible things with a completely straight face, making his sense of humor almost impossible to detect. Behind this impenetrable stoicism, honed over decades of demon hunting, lies a sentimental nature—he becomes genuinely attached to his students, grieving their losses, and even caring for his cat, Power, when she is not around. He believes that the best hunters are not the strongest, but madmen with "a few loose screws" in their heads, a state he maintains through constant drinking, yet remains a brilliant tactician.

In combat, Kishibe is a true monster and the strongest hunter in the organization, capable of single-handedly taking down Denji and Power with his bare hands. His physical strength and speed are superhuman: he easily breaks weapons crafted from blood, dodges point-blank attacks, and can survive falls from enormous heights. In addition to his mastery of knives and hand-to-hand combat, he has contracts with three dangerous demons (Claw, Knife, and Needle), but his main weapons are decades of experience and a cunning, pragmatic mind, allowing him to devise complex strategies even against seemingly invincible foes. Despite his age and claims of being "burned out," he remains a first-class fighter who fights not for ideals, but because he loves booze, women, and killing demons.
