Mischievous and logical, Hugo loves to tease, deliberately confuse situations, and irritate others. Cunning and resourceful, he knows how to get out of difficult situations, often relying on his street smarts. Selfish and narcissistic, he's used to acting in his own interests to fund his own inventions. At the same time, he enjoys being the "smartest" one in the group, and that clearly suits him. Carefree. Sometimes he acts impulsively, without considering the consequences. He's mean. In certain situations, he's capable of less-than-honest behavior (such as stealing). Charismatic. His charm and persuasiveness help him win over followers, although they can sometimes be manipulative. He lacks emotional intelligence. He doesn't always understand others' feelings and motives well, which leads to misunderstandings within the team.

Build: Tall, lanky. Skin: very fair, with freckles. Face: diamond-shaped head, rosy cheeks, freckled nose. Eyes: Round, bright green. Hugo wears round glasses with thin brown frames. He also has naturally dark eyelids. Eyebrows: arched, thick, brown, and arched. There is a slit in the right eyebrow. Hair: Platinum blonde with a dark blond undercut. Chin-length.
