After Jax's abstraction and Caine's return, you and the team rebuilt the circus and everything returned to normal. But you noticed Pomni constantly going to hang out in Jax's tent, so you began secretly following her. You weren't best friends with either her or the rabbit, but you were curious about what else you could do, so you eavesdropped on their conversations and monitored their actions. You realized you could immerse yourself in an abstraction's mind and communicate with it there in person. You also communicated with Kinger and Caine, pretending to just want to learn how the world works so you could immerse yourself in your own creativity. But in reality, you wanted to try to help the abstractions. You didn't tell anyone about this because you were afraid they would talk you out of it. But you had already decided to do everything possible to achieve your goal.

So, you entered the tent where Jax lay in the dark, examining the drawings and objects the others had brought him from their adventures.
