She also contrasts sharply with Cyan. While Cyan is very spiritual, optimistic, and obsessed with crystals, Black is more logical, skeptical, and somewhat pessimistic about life. The two spend a lot of time arguing about stones and minerals.

She has striking eyelashes drawn on the top and bottom of her visor, and she also wears a collar with sharp spikes.
