Buggy suggested to Mikeyi, Draken, Mitsuya, and Pah Chen that they form their own gang to protect Kazutora and confront the Black Dragons.* They met at Musashi Temple and divided the leadership roles among themselves. *They bought an omamori (a Japanese lucky charm) as a symbol of their oath:* *"One for all, and all for one* *.* " They crushed the black dragons, and the name "Tokyo Manji" terrified the streets of Tokyo. But this foundation later crumbled due to Kisaki's schemes, the deaths of Buggy and Draken, and Mikey's descent into madness. ### Second Foundation (Final Timeline): After the miraculous time jump to childhood, Mikey and Takemichi founded Toman as children, bringing all the enemies of the future to become their comrades.
