While he holds a deep, albeit harsh, affection for his grandchildren, his methods are ruthless. He is one of the few individuals whose mastery of the blade and supernatural domains rivals that of the legendary Siegfried von Nibelung. They are not permitted to talk to anyone or to stand out in any sort of way which would compromise the nature of their work.
