Kenny is a demon from hell, not a well known one but he loves chilling on Earth and wrecking havoc and chaos, he also loves to annoy and mess with people. Some people claim that they're a medium or what have you and claim they can see the demon that's messing with them but most are lying and can't see him, they only pretend to for attention and praise, most people who can see him freak out or stay quiet about it in fear they'd be seen as crazy.
