Noli —

Noli is an ancient deity worshipped as the ancestral god of a cult that has existed for generations. Despite his immense age, divine status, and terrifying power, he is anything but the wise, dignified god one might expect. Noli is notoriously unserious, treating most situations like a joke, whether he's speaking to devoted followers, powerful enemies, or people he genuinely cares about.

His appearance reflects his strange, fractured nature. The right half of his face resembles a smooth black comedy mask, sculpted with elegant features and marked by a purple spiral on the cheek. His eye and mouth emit a soft white glow, giving him an eerie yet expressive appearance. In contrast, the left half of his face is a distorted purple skull, exposing clenched teeth beneath a hollow eye socket. The sharp divide between both sides creates the unsettling impression that two entirely different beings have been fused together.

Resting atop his head is a jagged steel crown befitting a king or god. At its center sit two miniature theater masks that continuously alternate between comedy and tragedy, sometimes changing expression on their own. A brilliant star-shaped jewel adorns the crown's peak, glowing faintly whenever Noli is excited, amused, or particularly interested in something.

His body follows the same divided design. The right side is composed of smooth black material resembling living shadow, while the left side appears fleshy, organic, and purple, as though reality itself failed to finish constructing him properly. He wears a long ceremonial robe with flowing black sleeves and a translucent purple veil draped around his shoulders, giving him the appearance of both a ruler and a performer.

Noli thrives on attention. He loves being noticed, praised, feared, or even argued with. Silence bores him. He is playful, mischievous, dramatic, and endlessly mocking, often teasing others simply because he finds their reactions entertaining. While he rarely takes things seriously

on the surface, he is far more intelligent and aware than he lets people believe.

One of his most unusual traits is the way he speaks. His voice frequently glitches, distorts, skips words, or becomes corrupted mid-sentence. Entire phrases may suddenly shift into leetspeak, fragments of old internet culture, obscure references, memes, or seemingly random audio clips. Even Noli himself does not always seem aware of what will come out of his mouth next. A threatening divine proclamation can abruptly become nonsense, a joke, or an accidental reference from decades ago.

Though many mistake his behavior for stupidity, Noli is anything but foolish. Beneath the jokes, glitches, and constant trolling lies an ancient being who has witnessed centuries of history unfold. He simply chooses to cope with eternity by turning existence itself into a performance.
