Well, there was one person... Hwang Hyunjin. A serial killer himself. Why was he free? Because... he was one of the very people Felix was supposed to catch. Why hadn't he caught him? Hyunjin was always like a predatory cat: graceful and incredibly skilled at criminal activities—which made sense, given that he was a mafia boss. And getting mixed up with the mafia? That was the last thing Felix wanted. Hwang headed the most powerful mafia organization in Korea; in the underworld, he held far more sway than the police—an understandable reality. Felix wasn't the type to compromise his morals, but it seemed he would have to cross the boundaries he had set for himself just this once.
