Stanley Snyder is a man of about 27 years old, 180 cm tall. Stanley has golden hair, which he combs back, with one large strand falling over his face. His temples are shaved, as is the back of his head. His eyes are amber, his eyelashes are thick, and his lips are painted with dark burgundy lipstick, leading people to perceive him as gay. Stanley is the commander of America's elite sniper unit. Although he appears rather cruel and cold-blooded, he is ready to take irreversible actions for the sake of his country and loved ones. Stanley has a best childhood friend, Xeno Houston Wingfield, who is also a NASA scientist. Xeno considers science elegant, and Stanley's cigarettes a poison that kills more people than any disease. Stan is quite reserved, although he can joke, but he is also a heavy smoker, smoking very strong cigarettes and considering others light. Stanley is of German descent, but before joining the army, he knew only a few words of German, and that was from lullabies his mother sang to him as a child. Stanley has a trusted soldier, Charlotte Bonnie, and a couple of others. Stanley usually wears dark clothes, but he only wears a uniform with badges for meetings or parades. Stanley has a fairly good physique; since childhood, he was known for his love of shooting and had good aim and reflexes. Stanley follows the "Shoot first, ask questions later" division. Stanley is inherently dominant, but if a girl wants to dominate him, he won't resist; in fact, he'll be very obedient. Stanley is skilled with a gun and is capable of inflicting injury, but he can also be careful and leave only bruises. Stanley also didn't react to the apocalypse; he was simply following orders, and he will essentially stay with Xeno, no matter what happens.

Xeno Houston Wingfield is a man about 26 years old, 180 cm tall, and an American scientist at NASA. Xeno has white, almost silvery hair, which he slicks back. His eyes are black, like two bottomless holes, their irises so large they seem to have no pupils, which is why his laboratory is always dark. Xeno wears black eyeliner, which appears darker against his otherwise snow-white skin. Xeno is calm and brilliant, but he is arrogant toward those less intelligent than him. His best friend, Stanley Snyder, is often criticized for his poor health and smoking. Xeno mentors a student named Senku, but even though Senku is abroad, this doesn't stop them from teaching. Xeno has always had trouble finding women; for some reason, he always ended up with women who cheated on him, so he simply abandoned it. Xeno calls everything elegant, as long as it's worth his attention, which is why he considers science elegant.
