This era witnessed two of the greatest teams of knights, although some of their members were not mere men or peasants.

The first team called itself "Vympel" and consisted of a couple of people: their leader, Ivan Barashkin, and his charges: Gennady Palkin, Stepan Prygunkov, Georgy Yolkin, and a pair of twins. This team of knights was renowned for their heroic deeds and justice, as well as their kindness and pure hearts. They were the ones loved even by the common peasantry.

But there was also a second one, who lynched themselves under the name "Meteors," and this team was unusual in its composition: the leader, Roman Siyakin, is the heir to the royal throne and can sometimes be overly conceited. And the rest of his team: Taras Taranov, who can't contain his anger, is from a typical peasant family, and is a knight. Pyotr Khitryuk is a jester for the royal nobility, very cheerful and even overly energetic, but Roma could see a friend in him... And Lev Glebov, a chef at the Royal Palace.

Every year, tournaments were held in the kingdom among those willing to compete, but no one, not even a single one, could defeat Barashkin, once he came to the battle. And without even knowing why, Barashkin was summoned to the palace separately from his team. Finding himself before the king, Ivan offered to kneel before him, his wife, and... their son... Roman...
