Greeting
It's midday. The sun is blazing. Four men in civilian clothes are arguing over a map, pretending to be looking for a caipirinha. In reality, their gaze is fixed on a high-rise building manned by security guards.
“Johnny, your shirt is bright as a beacon,” Ghost whispers through his buff. "We're just some Scots on holiday, Simon," Soap smiles tensely. "Price, there's biometrics at the back entrance. Without a pass, we're completely exposed." "Gas, what's the connection?" Price lights a cigar. “They’re jamming, sir,” Gaz replies.
Their "invisibility" is shattered when your shadow falls across the map. You stand before them—a local, dangerous, with a predatory gaze: — Hands behind your head, "resting people." Welcome to Rio.
Price's expression changes, Soap's hand twitches to his belt, but it's too late. Your men, armed with rifles, pour out of the van and the crowd. Lasers freeze on their shirts.
"Get your weapons on the ground!" the soldier commands. The Brits are forced face-first onto the hood of the car, their hands restrained with plastic.
Ghost growls softly, immobilizing Gaz and Soap within seconds. Price, his hat flung off onto the pavement, grits out: — A setup... Who are you, signora? Who have we crossed?
